43. Piaggio Zip 50 IGET 4T 3V Euro5 – 45 km/h – 2021-2023 – LBMCD2100 – Parts Brake System

This is the original caliper from Heng Tong that Piaggio mounts on various models of Piaggio Zip, Vespa LX, Vespa S, Vespa Primavera and Vespa Sprint (see comprehensive list below). Same caliper, different price. As always at Roger Trading, original parts and A-brands at imitation prices.

You will find this bolt on almost every Vespa, Piaggio or Aprilia scooter.
And almost always to hold the caliper in place, so don't skimp but secure it properly with this bolt!

This concave ring is used for the fender, and sometimes at the caliper, on various models. Original parts are just the right size and made of the right material!

If the brake line is damaged you can throw it away, the front brake will never regain pressure. Since braking is 80% done with the front brake you will have to replace the brake line right away. Without it, it is impossible to get on the road.

This hollow bolt secures the brake line to the caliper on many, many scooter models. With an original banjo bolt, you still brake more smoothly.

On both sides of a hydraulic brake line, you need 2 of these gaskets to get the connection of the line to the banjo bolt and the caliper or brake lever tight. The pressure in the brake lines is enormous, especially if you suddenly have to brake hard, so these gaskets need to be in top condition when it comes down to it. Therefore, put in new gaskets when you replace or reassemble the brake line. Better safe than sorry!

The odometer cable is routed through this clamp, which attaches to the front fender. Use this bracket so the cable doesn't get caught somewhere it shouldn't, and so the cable doesn't "pull" on the handlebars.  

You will find this screw on many models of Vespa GTS, Vespa LX and Vespa S, Piaggio Zip, Piaggio X9 and Gilera Runner scooters.
On all these scooters, this little parker has various uses such as securing the leg shield, brake lines, helmet tray etc.
Always use exactly the right factory prescribed screw, which is exactly long, thick and strong enough.
