Black is the new gray. In other words, if it is gray or chrome, it should be replaced with a black one. So also this oil sump pan, instead of having the whole block coated, this is the next best thing.

This clamp holds the rear brake line. The clamp itself is attached to the oil pan. Always use original parts and don't secure things with tie-wraps or duck tape. You are not riding a La Souris but a real Vespa!

When you open or disassemble the sump pan you will need to replace the gasket. Indeed, the risk is far too great that it will be damaged during that action, resulting in oil leaks.

Level the amount of oil in your engine regularly; too little oil is disastrous for any internal combustion engine. If you lose the original dipstick, the oil will sputter out of the hole and you won't be able to take a reading. If so, order a new one ASAP. By the way, we also have one from Zelioni.

This plate or cover slides over the crankshaft and covers the gear that drives the oil pump. It is complete incl. the retaining ring, butt rubber and O-ring. This retaining ring is in the cover that slides over the crankshaft, on the variator side of the block. If it is leaking and the rest of the lid is still good, you only need this one. • outer diameter 16 mm
• inner diameter 12 mm
• thickness 1.7 mm

This washer is inside the oil pump and covers the pinion gear (distribution gear). Dimensions:

• outer diameter 41mm
• inner diameter 16mm
• thickness 0.5mm

This camshaft chain tensioner fits almost all Aprilia, Piaggio and Vespa models. To be sure, check the list below to see if your model is included. The old model chain tensioner number 289919 and the new model number 1A019253 are interchangeable and cost the same.
