You may return all or part of your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving it, known as the remote buying cooling-off period. After we receive the product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 10 business days to the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase.
Your return can only be accepted if the products are received by us complete, undamaged, unused (not been assembled) and in their original packaging. All postage is at your expense.
When you receive the order, you should check it immediately. Should any of the products you received differ from the product you ordered, you can of course return it to us. Roger Trading will then ensure that the correct product is still delivered to you as soon as possible. Do not take mis-delivered products into use! Only unused and undamaged products are eligible for free replacement.
However, Roger Trading is not obligated to replace the product if the discrepancy is too minor to warrant replacement. We hereby point out that all images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and therefore the product to be received may look (slightly) different. Of course, we make every effort to post only images that show the product as it is.
If a product supplied by us is damaged or does not work as you might expect, we will of course exchange it for a sound product free of charge. In such a case, do not take the product into use, if you do, you have accepted the product as you received it, and it is no longer eligible for exchange.
Of course, the damaged or non-functioning product must be returned to us, any costs involved will not be refunded.
Damages and defects should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If the product subsequently breaks down, the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer apply. Needless to say, we will help you claim that warranty. In such a case, please contact us via email so we can help you with that.
However, transport damage etc. is at your risk and expense in accordance with article 11 paragraph 6 of our terms and conditions, unless you have chosen the insured shipping option when ordering.
Electronic products, due to their nature, are excluded from the cooling-down scheme because it is not possible to verify that these products have not been assembled. These products can be invisibly and irreparably damaged by improper assembly. It is also possible that after being connected, they have adjusted themselves to the vehicle, so that they cannot be used on another vehicle. This exception includes CDI and ECU units, as well as (rev) limiters, cockpit/counter units, sensors, etc.
Technical parts such as cylinders, pistons, gears, exhausts and the like, as well as products made to order, custom or non-customized, cannot be returned using the cooling-off scheme either. These products are subject to a restocking fee of at least 40%.
The relevant product pages clearly indicate when an item is not covered by the cooling-off scheme. So pay attention to this before placing an order.
Of course, the 14-day distance purchase cooling off policy does not apply when you purchase goods or services through our website and come to pick them up at our facility. Indeed, you will then have the opportunity to check the purchased products for defects, damages and defects during pickup. You can also determine at that time whether the products or services are in accordance with the information on our website and whether they meet your requirements and/or your expectations.
