When mounting the exhaust, you should put a gasket between the mouth of the exhaust and the cylinder, that's better for the environment, performance ánd it makes less noise.

Be careful not to break off or lame the studs that are in the block that the exhaust is attached to the cylinder with.

Because if they are no longer usable (rotated), AND cannot be removed, you have to expect a pricey repair.

Therefore, replace them if they look less than perfect!

This needle bearing holds the camshaft in place and allows it to turn smoothly.
