But most people want the standard gray crankcase cover gloss black or matte black because it fits the style of the scooter better.

Therefore, with us you can order a new crankcase cover in the color you want. Moreover, you do not need to send the old one, all prices are without trade-in of your old crankcase cover.

This bearing is pressed on the inside into the crankcase cover / kickstarter cover, in which the shaft of the clutch rotates.

Diameter 29 mm, opening 9 mm, thickness 8 mm.

This bronze bushing sits inside the crankcase cover / kickstarter cover and supports the starter motor.

Diameter 12 mm, opening 8 mm, thickness 8 mm.

These fitting bushings or reference plugs help to be able to press two parts together in the right place so that the holes align neatly. So they act as reference points.

Diameter 9.5 mm, opening 6.5 mm, length 15 mm.

Mounts on virtually all Vespa and Piaggio scooters, in various locations.

This bracket is fastened to the crankcase cover, then you slide the rubber vent hose from the gearing/rear axle through the hole so it points outward and won't flub.

This also prevents the hose from entering the rear wheel.

If you want to replace or have opened the crankcase cover, you will need new bolts (OEM = B016792) to reattach it.

In fact, Piaggio puts in a pair of "safety" bolts (OEM = 1A011419) that are not safer but have to be broken to remove them.

Our quality flange bolts do not suffer from this, do not rust, are exactly the right size ánd there are just enough of them in a bag (10 pieces).

In short, for an apple and an egg, Roger Trading has it covered thick and fast again.

The variator obviously needs to be cooled as well, especially on that souped-up scooter of yours. So it is important that this cover has no holes or cracks so that the air blown into the variator does not leak out.

Fortunately, in case of damage, you can get a new cover from us for a trifle so you can get back to full throttle.

Fits all 2V, 4V and 3V Vespa Sprint and Primavera models.

The variator obviously needs to be properly cooled, especially with that speed monster of yours.

So if the gasket between the plastic cover and the crankcase cover is leaking (broken) replace it so that no precious baked air leaks out causing suboptimal cooling of the variator.

Original Vespa screws have just the right thread, thickness, length and strength for the intended application.

Among other things, this one is for the Airflow Lid.

By now, we all know what it means if you can't breathe freely, then you can't achieve top performance.

So does the engine of your scooter. So grant it enough fresh air for optimal combustion and maximum power, and therefore replace the intake rubber when it shows cracks or other damage.

If you bought one of those nice new crankcase covers without kickstarter, then you need this plug / cap to cover the hole.
