19. Vespa Sprint 50 IGET 4T 3V Euro4 – 45 km/h – 2018-2021 – ZAPCA0101 – Parts Air Filter

This is the complete air filter housing for iGet models Vespa Sprint and Vespa Primavera. When making repairs, ALWAYS use original parts purchased from Roger Trading :-D

Original Vespa 843194 / 8431940P Air filter element. Just replace it at every service interval. So at least every 3,500 kilometers. You don't have to leave it for the money, and this is how you keep your engine clean and your power optimum.

If the air filter gasket no longer seals properly replace it, otherwise dirt can get into the engine. And believe us, you don't want that. With original parts, your scooter will ride better!

Original Vespa screws have just the right thread, thickness, length and strength for the intended application. You will find this screw on many models. Check the exploded drawings of your scooter model to find the right original parts.

This screw knob closes/opens the two halves of the air filter housing, but you already know that because you regularly replace the air filter as you should. This original screw is designed as a convenient knob so you can open it easily!

Through this sight glass / cap you can see if oil has entered the air filter housing. Which of course is not the point and may indicate a broken labyrinth plate. With an original sight glass you can see things more sharply!

This clamp holds the air filter oil sight glass in place. Use genuine parts and avoid nasty surprises.

This hose sits in the air filter, sucks in outside air and prevents if oil gets into the air filter housing from leaking out. You'll never pay through the nose for an original part at Roger Trading!

These bushings sit in the air filter housing and keep the plastic from being broken when you tighten the screws/bolts that go through it. Dimensions:

• Outside diameter 15 mm
• Inner diameter 7 mm
• Height/thickness 5 mm

Original Torx screw, m6x55mm. Used, among other things, to secure the air filter housing on various Vespa/Piaggio models. Can also possibly be used to secure the logo holder that comes with the front incident bracket.

This spring ring/cartridge ring is found in different places depending on the scooter model, such as the air filter housing, helmet tray, fender etc. etc. Dimensions:

• Outside diameter 11mm
• Inner diameter 6.6mm

You may encounter/need this ring in different places depending on the scooter model. Dimensions:

• Outside diameter 12.4 mm
• Inner diameter 6.4 mm
• Thickness 1 mm

This is the original speednut, also called spring clip, for the hoods/platework of various Piaggio and Vespa scooters. This fastener allows you to properly secure your scooter's hoods. Useful if you have lost one or have one that is damaged.

Keep it neat, keep it tight. So no tie-wraps but real clamps, the original ones! Among other things, this hose clamp is used to secure the air hose to the air filter housing. If it comes loose, you can get dirt in the motor. This clamp is also used to attach the intake rubber to the intake manifold. Also not useful if it shoots loose. Hoses that come loose cause nasty problems!
