If the front wheel bearings turn broken you notice it almost as fast as we can send new bearings to you.

Stay safe and don't drive on with broken bearings!

This dust ring protects the front wheel bearing by preventing dirt and other impurities from reaching the bearing at all. If you need to replace the bearing, replace this dust ring as well because when disassembling it, it usually gets damaged.

When you install a new tire you are supposed to replace the valve as well. Many people don't (because they forgot to order a valve with it), but imagine having to redo all the work because of a little problem with the valve. For this price, you definitely don't want to run that risk!

It takes quite a long time, but eventually the brake discs wear out, too. If the thickness has become less than 3.5 millimeters, it is time to fit a new one.

Never change a winning team, so replace the disc with an original from Vespa / Piaggio. Then you know when you are standing still!

These bolts/screws are used on numerous Piaggio scooters and motorcycles to hold the disc brake in place. Not a trivial job.

They are therefore coated with some kind of loctite (that blue one) that prevents them from vibrating loose.

Is the front wheel axle warped from hitting curbs too often, or did you screw up the threads?

Never mind, for a few Euros you can get a brand new one from us.

This one is for the new iGet models, if you have an older Zip then you need this axle.

This part drives the odometer cable, so if the needle is always at 0 then it could need replacement.

This washer sits between the nut on the front wheel shaft and the odometer driver on all Piaggio Zip 4-stroke scooters.

Is the nut holding your front wheel axle in place to its nut? Driven mad?

Or maybe you have to replace the shaft itself for some reason, in which case you better put a new nut on it right away too.

For older models, you need a different nut.

Use original parts that are calculated for the forces that will be put on them, you don't want to know what accidents can happen otherwise.
