Unfortunately, the original voltage regulator with OEM number 1A0107805 from Piaggio / Vespa does not always provide enough voltage.
As a result, many riders experience problems such as poor battery charging, as well as disappointing performance. The latter especially if a lot is asked of the scooter, such as because it has been souped up. You could also use a little more juice if the scooter looks a lot like a moving Christmas tree.
Fortunately, there is now this voltage regulator on steroids, it always gives the correct voltage (14 ~ 14.5 V) regardless of the rpm, weather forecast or the position of the moon.
A must for anyone who has pimped and tuned their scooter considerably!
