Scooter Conversion – Blue ↔︎ Yellow License Plate

If you have a moped scooter (blue license plate) and you want to change it to a moped scooter (yellow license plate), or exactly the other way around, you have to pay the fees of the RDW and the work of our inspector.

You will also need a new license plate (you can immediately check the box below if you want us to arrange that), and there may be costs for technical modifications to the scooter to meet the requirements for mopeds (charged separately).
