Since there are injection engines under our beloved scooters these days, with an ECU that controls the fuel to oxygen ratio, you are limited in tuning the engine to deliver the performance you have every right to.

Fortunately, the top guys at Malossi have a solution for that. By connecting the lambda sensor that is in the exhaust to this module, instead of the ECU, and then having this module provide a “corrected” lambda sensor signal to the ECU, the fuel mixture ratio can still be optimized.
