On the underside of the lower steering cap there are two covers, they are attached with a click system.
Such a tab can break off so that the cap is no longer firmly attached and you can lose it while riding.
Quickly order a new one in the same nice color as your scooter so that no water and dirt can get inside the steering cap.
If you have a scooter in a custom color, order the unpainted version and ask if your painter can help you further.
