Steering Expander Ring – Piaggio Zip – 563327

The steering expander cone is pulled into the steering tube by tightening the steering expander bolt, causing it to expand and become jammed. This special washer sits at the top, preventing the bolt from entering the handlebars.

Always, but definitely in this case, use original parts. Because if your handlebars aren’t tight you’ll drive around like you have a few too many on them.
