Scooter Conversion – Blue ↔︎ Yellow License Plate

If you have a moped scooter (blue license plate) and want to change it to a moped scooter (yellow license plate), or exactly the other way around, you will have to pay the RDW fees and the work of our inspector.

In addition, you will need a new license plate (you can check the box below if you want us to arrange that), and there may be costs for technical adjustments to the scooter to meet the requirements for mopeds (will be charged separately).
