This is a fixed half pulley with a diamond finish on the pulley surface on the string side, and a redesigned working angle to further increase the acceleration range. This part completes the MALOSSI Multivar and even makes it unrivaled. Designed specifically for scooters’ variable transmission, the pulley further improves performance. It is not just a simple accessory, but rather a very important part to ensure the longevity of all transmission components. The temperatures produced in the crankcases where variators and V-belts do their work are at times incredibly high, and certain components such as v-belts and variator rollers sometimes suffer irreparable damage as a result. There are situations where the rollers can even reach the melting point. Among other advantages, Ventilvar has a greater cooling capacity than the original half pulley; a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.

Please note that it can be mounted with either the Multivar or the original variator.
