We invest a lot of time, energy and money in the development of our website and social media channels. Among other things, by photographing ourselves all the products we sell in a well-equipped photo studio, so that our customers, in part because of the brilliant accompanying texts produced by our writer, are optimally informed before they proceed to purchase.

Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more of our images being copied on the Internet without our permission, this deprives us of revenue. Moreover, this also reduces the exclusivity of our imagery. We are therefore working with the Visual Rights Group to protect these infringements of our copyright and intellectual property.

Visual Rights Group therefore searches the Internet on our behalf for infringements of our copyrights. When they find a possible infringement, they verify with us whether a license for the photo in question has been purchased from us by the owner of the website on which the photo was found. If this turns out not to be the case, we will link this back to Visual Rights Group, which will then make a proposal to the infringer to legalize the use of the photo or photos.
